TypeGuru provides a premium online typing practice platform for Indian competitive exam aspirants (SSC, CPCT, High Court). We provide both free and paid typing tests, simulated exam modules, performance metrics tracking, and keyboard lessons.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the website, you are required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use auto-clickers, bots, macro recorders, or external typing scripts to manipulate speed scores or practice logs.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity, or decipher any transmissions to or from our servers.
• Bypass the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the service, including account sharing.

5. Payments & Subscription Terms

Payments for premium upgrades (such as the Student Pro plan) are collected securely via Razorpay. All fees are specified at checkout and are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

TypeGuru is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or yield specific exam results. 7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
