1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Durga Typing ('website', 'platform', 'services'), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you and Durga Typing.

2. Description of Service

Durga Typing is a premium online typing practice platform for Indian government exam aspirants (SSC, CPCT, High Court, Railway). We provide free and paid typing practice tests, exam simulators, progress analytics, and keyboard lessons.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Registration is required to access certain features. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

One account is for one person. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. 30-Day Free Trial

Eligible new Free users may activate a 30-day free trial of all Pro Plan features. Important trial conditions:

• The trial is available once per account only.
• No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.
• The trial automatically reverts to the Free Plan after 30 days — no charge is applied.
• Data created during the trial (typing history) is retained after the trial ends.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

• Using auto-clickers, bots, macro recorders, or external typing scripts to inflate scores.
• Attempting to bypass or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse the Free Trial offer.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or downloading any part of the platform or its exam content.
• Harassing other users or engaging in any fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

6. Payments & Subscription

Payments for Pro and Yearly plans are securely processed via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

This is a digital service and all payments are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Durga Typing is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for exam failure, job loss, or data loss resulting from use of our platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
