Durga Typing is a digital service. Once a subscription is activated, refunds are generally not available. We strongly recommend trying our 30-day free trial before purchasing.
Refunds are not available on standard subscription purchases.
Refund considered if service fails due to our platform error.
If charged twice for the same order, the duplicate will be refunded.
All payments on Durga Typing are for a digital service that is activated immediately upon purchase. Because full access is granted at the point of activation, refunds are generally not available.
This is why we offer a 30-day free trial before purchase — so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing.
All new Free users can activate a 30-day trial of all Pro Plan features at no cost — no payment details required.
Refund requests will be considered only in the following situations:
Pro Plan was not activated after payment and we could not resolve it within 48 hours.
A network or gateway error caused the same order to be charged twice.
Change of mind, exam failure, internet issues on your end, or desire to close account.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment source via Razorpay:
