• Typing Performance Data: Typing speed (WPM), accuracy scores, error logs, and exam attempt history — to generate your progress reports.
• Subscription & Trial Data: Your plan type (Free, Trial, Pro, Yearly) and trial expiry date — to determine which features are available to you.
• Payment Data: All transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, bank account details, or any payment instrument data.
• Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps, and anonymous session identifiers via cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Delivering your personal dashboard and typing progress reports.
• Managing access to Free, Trial, and Pro features based on your active plan.
• Verifying subscription payments processed via Razorpay.
• Diagnosing technical issues and improving platform performance.
• Sending critical account updates, security alerts, or billing notifications.

We protect your data using: passwords stored with cryptographic hashing (bcrypt), all traffic encrypted over SSL/TLS (HTTPS), and restricted, audited database access.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies: Required to maintain your login session. Cannot be disabled.
• Preference Cookies: To remember your language (Hindi/English) and theme (Light/Dark) preferences.
