Why did we build TypeGuru?
We noticed that most generic online typing tests fail to reflect the high-stress conditions and parameters of actual Indian exam halls. Many simulate tests with word highlighting and auto-scrolling, which are completely absent in competitive exams.
At TypeGuru, we implemented exact government notification standards: restricted backspace modes, manual layout scrolls, and strict official error calculation formula metrics. We also integrated comprehensive Hindi typing layouts like Remington Gail, Mangal Inscript, and Kruti Dev 010.
