1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Durga Typing (“website”, “platform”, “services”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Durga Typing.

2. Description of Service

Durga Typing is an online typing platform. The global experience at /global provides English typing practice, a structured touch-typing curriculum, job-oriented typing tests, typing games, and progress analytics.

Our typing tests are practice and self-assessment tools. They are not an accredited certification, and we do not represent any employer, testing authority, or examination board. Results are indicative of your performance on this platform only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You may practice and take typing tests without an account. Lessons, saved history, streaks, and cross-device progress require you to register.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

One person, one account. Sharing credentials or reselling access is not permitted.

4. Free Trial

New accounts can activate a 30-day trial of all Pro features at no cost. No payment details are required to start it.

The trial ends automatically after 30 days and no charge is applied. Nothing converts into a paid plan on its own — upgrading is always an action you take deliberately.

One trial per person. Creating additional accounts to extend a trial may result in those accounts being closed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, macros, auto-typers, scripts, or any tool that types on your behalf.
• Attempt to falsify typing results, leaderboards, or streaks.
• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell our lessons, passages, or test content.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Share or resell your account, or use the service on behalf of an organization without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach this section, without refund.

6. Payments & Pricing

Prices for the global plans are shown in US dollars for reference. Durga Typing operates from India, so checkout is processed by Razorpay and your card is charged the equivalent amount in Indian rupees. The exact amount in your own currency depends on your card issuer's exchange rate, and your bank may apply an international transaction fee.

Global plans are one-time purchases for a fixed period, not subscriptions. Access begins immediately on successful payment and ends when the period expires. Nothing renews automatically, and there is no recurring mandate to cancel.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular typing speed, exam result, or employment outcome.

Typing performance depends on your keyboard, browser, and device. On-screen mobile keyboards autocorrect and may not register every keystroke, so scores from mobile devices are not reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Governing Law

Durga Typing is operated from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, regardless of where you access the service from.

Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right you hold under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
